Mr.Gauri Shankar is a partner in the firm and has great experience of almost 13 years in the profession. He has extensive experience including establishing and managing business processes and financial controls, financial strategy, restructuring, treasury management, indirect taxation, etc.

Mr. Vijay Shankar Roy is a partner in the firm and has experience of nearly 11 years in the profession. He has extensively amazing experience including establishing and managing business processes and financial controls, financial strategy, restructuring, treasury management, indirect taxation, etc.

Mr. Sudhir is a senior partner in the firm and has vast experience of nearly 11 years in the profession. He is spearheading the Business Development of the firm and Tax matters.

He has successfully handled various domestic as well as multinational clients in the areas of taxation and other regulatory matters. He has exposure to dealing with the regulatory authorities in India like the Income Tax Department, Reserve Bank of India, The Central Board of Direct Taxes, The Foreign Investment Promotion Board, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Labour, etc. He has extensive multi-disciplinary experience including establishing and managing business processes and financial controls, financial strategy, restructuring, treasury management, indirect taxation, etc.

Mr. Ashish Agarwal is a partner in the firm and has a huge experience of 13 years in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Concurrent Audits of both Public and Private sector organizations including Banks.

Ms. InduKedia is a partner with the firm and holds over 15 years of experience in Auditing in both Public Sector Companies and Private Sector Organizations. She provides assistance to clients from various PSUs as well as private companies across various sectors.

Mr. Rajat Das has been associated with the firm for a year. He is actively engaged in the implementation of law into Goods and Service Tax such as E-invoicing successfully supported various big corporates in implementation of Goods and Service Tax law and also actively engaged in the knowledge sharing forum of the firm with updating the team for amendment into Indirect Taxation and its application. He has also cleared Inter CA. He successfully handled department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities. He has an overall experience of 20+ years in finance activity.

Mr. Manish Dhingra is associated with the firm and has over 15 years of Industry experience in Auditing, Financial, and Management Consultancy. He holds a specialization in Corporate Advisory Services, Project Financing/Governance, Corporate Laws, and Management Consultancy with expertise in the areas of Consultancy to Foreign companies, Non-Resident Indians, and Joint Ventures including work relating to FEMA matters, RBI and FIPB. He has also served Deloitte, Samsung for two years. He is spearheading the Business Development of the firm and Tax matters.
